Security Awareness & Human Risk Specialist

Urgently Hiring (CyberSecurity Awareness & Human Risk Specialist (Arabic-Speaking, Onsite) Location: Dubai, UAE (onsite at client premises) Employment type: Full-time, dedicated client assignment Languages: Native or near-native Arabic, professional EnglishAbout the roleWe are looking for a security awareness professional to run a managed Information Security Awareness and Human Risk Management programme for a client in the UAE. You will be based full-time at the client's offices and act as the main operational contact between the programme team and the client's stakeholders. The role is dedicated to this one client. It is not shared with other accounts.Key responsibilitiesCoordinate all awareness programme activities with the client's cybersecurity awareness team, IT, HR and other internal stakeholders.Support the development, review and approval of Arabic and English awareness content, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness.Manage the content lifecycle: scripting, client review, translation, quality assurance, approval, publication and maintenance.Run day-to-day platform operations, including user management, campaign scheduling and system configuration.Act as the first point of contact for staff and healthcare facility users on awareness queries.Help plan and deliver awareness events, workshops and training sessions.Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports to senior stakeholders.Follow up with non-compliant users and departments to meet training completion targets.Coordinate with IT and HR on system integrations and user provisioning.Contribute to the annual awareness plan.Monitor human cyber risk indicators, identify high-risk users and departments, and track remediation.Prepare and maintain evidence, records and audit artefacts for information security, ISO and internal or external audits.Escalate critical issues to the account management team and client stakeholders.Requirements (Mandatory please don't apply if you don't have the requirements)Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field.5+ years of experience in cybersecurity awareness, information security governance or human cyber risk management.Native Arabic and professional-level English, written and spoken.At least one of: CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, CISA or equivalent.Familiarity with healthcare sector cybersecurity requirements.Demonstrated experience developing and quality-assuring Arabic and English cybersecurity awareness content.Legally authorised to work in the UAE.PreferredMaster's degree or additional professional certifications.Certified Security Awareness Practitioner (CSAP) or equivalent.Experience in managed awareness services.Experience in the UAE healthcare or government sector.Formal Arabic language certification.UAE national or long-term UAE resident.
