Redefine the future of wellness.JOB PURPOSEThe Security, Compliance, and Logistics Manager oversees all aspects of resort security, safety, compliance, risk management, and logistics operations of Jayasom’s fleets.The role ensures a secure, compliant, and highly efficient environment for guests, colleagues, and assets.This position upholds the wellness mission of Jayasom Amaala by maintaining the highest levels of operational governance, emergency readiness, and guest privacy while ensuring smooth and effective logistical support across the resort.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIESOversee all resort security operations, ensuring the safety of guests, employees, and physical assets.Ensure full compliance with Saudi regulations, RSG standards, internal corporate policies, and international hospitality requirements.Develop, implement, and continuously improve security, risk, and compliance programs.Manage logistics operations of all Jayasom vehicles including receiving, storage, fleet coordination, maintenance, distribution. Conduct regular audits of vehicles for condition.Manage logistics of staff transportation within Amaala and coordination of trips outside Amaala.Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.Serve as the primary liaison with government agencies, local law enforcement, Civil Defense, and regulatory authorities.Maintain accurate documentation for security incidents, compliance reports, and logistics KPIs.Collaborate with all departments to support operational needs and overall guest experience.PEOPLE MANAGEMENTLead, train, and mentor the Security, ERT, Fire Brigade, and Logistics teams.Prepare staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance.Conduct ongoing training covering emergency response, security protocols, guest interaction, and compliance.Perform performance reviews and support development plans for team members.Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and service-driven professionalism.Conduct all training for safety, security, risk management and compliance.Oversee third party security team, ensuring they are compliant to our standards and expectations.KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee day-to-day security operations, including CCTV monitoring, patrols, access control, and incident response.Respond promptly to guest concerns, security issues, and emergencies.Conduct daily patrol inspections and follow up on incident investigations.Ensure security systems—including alarms, access control, and surveillance are fully functional and compliant.Implement fire safety protocols and coordinate closely with Civil Defense.Oversee the full Lost & Found process according to Jayasom and RSG standards.Ensure all found items are accurately logged, documented, tagged, and securely stored.Maintain chain-of-custody procedures to protect guest privacy and prevent misuse.Ensure timely follow-up and safe return of items to owners.Train staff in correct Lost & Found handling procedures.Oversee the placement, stocking, and maintenance of all First Aid kits across the resort.Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.Coordinate with the Wellness Clinic to maintain up-to-date emergency medical procedures.Train team members in First Aid and CPR aligned with recognized certification standards.Lead and train the resort’s Fire Brigade Team, ensuring they meet all regulatory and operational qualifications.Conduct regular fire drills, evacuation exercises, and equipment training.Ensure all firefighting equipment (extinguishers, hydrants, alarms) is tested and compliant.Oversee fire safety documentation and ensure corrective actions for any gaps.Ensure full compliance with resort SOPs, safety protocols, labor regulations, and RSG governance frameworks.Conduct compliance audits, internal inspections, safety walkthroughs, and risk assessments.Maintain updated SOPs for security, safety, emergency response, and logistics.Support internal and external audits, certification processes, and legal compliance reviews.Maintain and report KPIs related to incidents, safety, compliance, and operational performance.Manage the full fleet of Jayasom vehicles – on site and in the village. Ensure vehicles are accounted for, controlled and maintained.Coordinate with Procurement, Facilities, Culinary, and housekeeping departments for smooth delivery processes.Oversee staff transportation schedules to and from Amaala village and other destinations.Lead the resort’s Emergency Response Team (ERT) and ensure readiness for all emergency situations.Develop and maintain crisis management procedures, communication protocols, and emergency action plans.Conduct mandatory training and simulation drills for security and operational teams.Ensure all emergency equipment is available, tested, and properly documented.Continuously evaluate emergency response effectiveness and make procedural improvements.JOB REQUIREMENTSQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.Professional certifications preferred:Security ManagementSafety/Fire Protection (OSHA)Work Experience:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security or compliance management, preferably in luxury hospitality, wellness resorts, or high-profile environments.Experience in logistics coordination and risk management operations.Previous experience in the Middle East or large-scale resort projects is a strong advantage.Knowledge:Strong understanding of security protocols, emergency preparedness, and fire safety systems.Knowledge of RSG, Saudi national regulations, and international hospitality compliance standards.Logistics management principles including inventory, fleet, and supply handling.Proficiency in incident reporting, audits, and risk assessment methodologies.Strong understanding of guest privacy, confidentiality, and professional ethics.Competencies:Leadership and team developmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyCrisis and conflict managementAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesStrong ethical and professional conduct

Technical Skills
