COMPANY OVERVIEWRoyal Fruits Company is a Jeddah-based subsidiary of Kahelan Al Arab Holding Company (KAG), specializing in temperature-controlled storage for fruits and vegetables. Its operations cover receiving, cold storage, ripening, handling, and dispatch, with a strong focus on product integrity, food safety, operational reliability, and customer service.ROLE OVERVIEWThe Security Guard will protect the facility, people, inventory, vehicles, and operating areas by controlling access, monitoring activity, conducting patrols, and responding promptly to incidents. The role requires discipline, alertness, accurate reporting, and readiness to work rotating shifts.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESControl the entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, vehicles, and deliveries.Verify authorizations, maintain gate and visitor logs, and apply site access procedures consistently.Conduct scheduled patrols of warehouses, loading areas, external yards, and restricted locations.Monitor CCTV and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, damage, or policy violations immediately.Support emergency, evacuation, fire-safety, and incident-response procedures.Maintain accurate shift handovers and written incident reports.Coordinate professionally with operations, maintenance, and management without disrupting site activity.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEHigh school certificate or equivalent.Previous security experience in a warehouse, industrial facility, logistics yard, or similar operating site is preferred.Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to the approved schedule.Good observation, communication, reporting, and conflict-management skills.Basic knowledge of emergency, fire-safety, and access-control procedures.Good conduct, reliability, physical readiness, and professional Arabic communication.
