Day-to-day tasks include monitoring premises, conducting regular patrols, controlling access points, and responding promptly to security incidents or alarms. The role involves reporting and documenting incidents, enforcing site-specific safety and security procedures, and collaborating with supervisors and client representatives to maintain a secure environment. Security Officers are expected to provide courteous, service-focused support to residents, visitors, and staff while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. The position may require working shifts, weekends, and public holidays, depending on operational needs.Qualifications Strong observation and situational awareness skills, with the ability to identify and address potential security risks.Experience in property security, facility patrols, and access control in residential or commercial environments.Knowledge of basic safety procedures, emergency response protocols, and incident reporting standards.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, visitors, and team members.Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in urgent or high-stress situations.Professional appearance and disciplined conduct aligned with client and company expectations.Basic proficiency in using security systems and equipment (e.g., CCTV, access control devices, radios).Previous experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role; private security or property care experience is an advantage.High school diploma or equivalent; relevant security certifications or training are beneficial.Eligibility to work in the United Arab Emirates and willingness to work in a shift-based schedule.
