📢 WE ARE HIRING | SECURITY OFFICERCompany: Windbridge Concepts Private Limited (CanvasChamp)📍 Location: Plot No. 1, Prime Industrial Park, Phase-2, Santej Vadsar Road, Gandhinagar – 382721, Gujarat.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end security operations, from ground-level execution to overall security management.Handle security guard deployment, shift scheduling, attendance, and discipline.Monitor employee, visitor, and vehicle entry/exit.Conduct regular security rounds and ensure proper plant security.Maintain security registers, incident reports, and relevant documentation.Handle emergencies, investigate security incidents, and take corrective action.Coordinate with security agencies, contractors, and management.Ensure effective security coverage across all shifts and compliance with company security procedures.Candidate RequirementsPractical, hands-on experience in industrial security operations.Ability to independently manage security operations from ground level to end-to-end management.Willingness to take ownership of on-site security activities, guard management, and administrative responsibilities.Strong leadership, discipline, problem-solving, and communication skills.Immediate joiners preferred.Candidates must be willing and available to attend a face-to-face interview at our company premises.
