Security Operations Center Analyst

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Exabeam Professional Services Consultant with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting Exabeam security solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SIEM, security analytics, log management, threat detection, and SOC operations, along with the ability to work directly with customers and technical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement, configure, and maintain Exabeam SIEM and security analytics solutions.Design and implement security monitoring and detection use cases based on customer requirements.Perform log source onboarding, data ingestion, parsing, normalization, and troubleshooting.Develop, configure, and fine-tune detection rules, correlation rules, and analytics.Integrate Exabeam with security and IT infrastructure including EDR, firewalls, identity platforms, cloud services, threat intelligence platforms, and other security tools.Analyze security events and assist in developing effective threat detection and investigation workflows.Perform system health checks, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization.Support deployment, upgrades, migrations, and configuration changes.Participate in customer workshops, requirement gathering, solution implementation, and knowledge-transfer sessions.Prepare technical documentation, configuration documents, deployment reports, and operational procedures.Collaborate with SOC, cybersecurity, network, infrastructure, and application teams.Provide post-implementation technical support and resolve customer issues within agreed SLAs.Mandatory Skills & Experience3–4 years of hands-on experience with Exabeam.Strong experience in Exabeam implementation and configuration.Good understanding of SIEM and Security Operations.Experience with log collection, parsing, normalization, and data onboarding.Knowledge of security event correlation and detection engineering.Experience integrating SIEM with multiple security and infrastructure technologies.Strong understanding of network and security concepts, authentication, Windows/Linux logs, and cybersecurity operations.Experience in troubleshooting and tuning SIEM environments.Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.Ability to work in a customer-facing professional services environment.Preferred Skills / CertificationsExperience with Exabeam Fusion/XDR or related Exabeam platforms.Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and SOC use cases.Experience with EDR, SOAR, TIP, and threat intelligence integrations.Relevant cybersecurity/SIEM certifications are an advantage.EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.
