The ideal candidate will oversee SOC operations, mentor analysts, enhance detection and response processes, and ensure the organization’s security posture remains strong and resilient.What You’ll Be DoingLead SOC Operations: Manage 24/7 SOC operations, ensuring timely detection, analysis, and response to security events and incidentsIncident Response & Escalation Management: Own the full lifecycle of incident handling—from triage and containment to recovery and post-incident reportingThreat Detection & Process Improvement: Continuously refine security monitoring use cases, playbooks development, and threat detection logic to strengthen SOC capabilitiesTeam Leadership & Development: Supervise, coach, and develop SOC analysts, ensuring proper skill growth, workload balance, and performanceReporting & Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, translating technical findings into business-oriented recommendationsWho We’re Looking ForProven SOC Management Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of cybersecurity experience, including at least 3 years managing a SOC or incident response team, budget and vendor management for tools (NDR, ERD and Threat Intelligence)Strong Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of SIEM, EDR, SOAR, IDS/IPS, threat intelligence, and modern attack techniques (MITRE ATT&CK); hands-on experience in AI-driven automation will be given special considerationIncident Response Expertise: Demonstrated ability to lead major security incidents, coordinate cross-team activities, and communicate at executive level, experience in conducting and coordinating desktop exercisesRelevant Certifications Preferred: Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC (GCIA, GCIH, GMON), or equivalent are highly desirableExcellent Leadership & Communication Skills: Proven ability to manage teams, drive process improvement, and communicate complex security issues clearlySecurities ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security Rule, Policies and procedures at all time.Responsible for maintaining security of all FUJIFILM Business Innovation information entrusted to and not limiting to proper classification & handling of FUJIFILM Business Innovation documents and records.Complete Information Security training and awareness program on regular basis and possess enough knowledge to adhere to FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security requirements.Responsible for identifying, reporting and complying with Information Security Incident & Reporting Procedure.Failing to comply with the security policies could be subject to disciplinary action, potentially including termination of employment or contract and/or prosecution.Why You should consider this opportunityWe offer attractive remuneration package with fringe benefits to right candidates, such as5 days' work weekMedical insuranceDental insuranceEducation allowanceTransportation allowanceComprehensive training for new join Sales15 days' annual leaveBlissful leave of maximum 26 days per year (including birthday leave, wedding anniversary leave, children graduation leave, volunteer leave, pet healthcare leave, home purchase, etc)To discuss this opportunity further, please send your full resume, current and expected salary to the HR Department.We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
