Security Operations Engineer (PAM)

Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced Security Operations Engineer to support and operate enterprise security infrastructure, with strong hands-on experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM), Endpoint Protection, and Microsoft Active Directory.The successful candidate should have a solid background in IT operations and practical experience managing and troubleshooting enterprise security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain enterprise security systems and infrastructure.* Manage and administer Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, including user onboarding, privileged account management, access policies, session monitoring, and troubleshooting.* Provide hands-on administration and support for One Identity Safeguard or similar PAM solutions.* Administer and support Endpoint Protection/Endpoint Security platforms, including policy configuration, monitoring, incident investigation, and troubleshooting.* Experience with Trend Micro and/or Microsoft security solutions is preferred.* Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Active Directory, including users, groups, permissions, authentication, and Group Policy.* Monitor security alerts and investigate security-related incidents in coordination with the relevant security teams.* Perform security configuration, troubleshooting, patching, and health checks for security platforms.* Support security operations activities, incident response, and remediation of identified vulnerabilities.* Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and security-related reports.* Coordinate with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams to resolve operational and security issues.* Ensure security solutions are operating according to approved policies, procedures, and SLAs.Required Qualifications:* 3+ years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, or Security Operations.* Strong hands-on experience with PAM solutions.* One Identity Safeguard experience is highly preferred.* Strong hands-on experience with Endpoint Protection/Security solutions.* Experience with Trend Micro and/or Microsoft security solutions is preferred.* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.* Good understanding of Windows Server and enterprise IT infrastructure.* Experience in troubleshooting security and infrastructure-related incidents.* Good communication and coordination skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of an enterprise IT/Security Operations team.Preferred Certifications* Microsoft Security certifications.* One Identity / PAM-related certifications.* CompTIA Security+ or equivalent.* ITIL certification.* Other cybersecurity or security operations certifications are an advantage.Core Technical SkillsPAM: One Identity Safeguard / Privileged Access ManagementEndpoint Security: Trend Micro / Microsoft Security SolutionsIdentity: Microsoft Active Directory / Group PolicyIT Operations: Windows Server / Infrastructure Monitoring / TroubleshootingSecurity Operations: Security Monitoring / Incident Handling / Security Configuration
