🚨 Security Operations Manager | £81k–£86k + 15% Bonus📍 Milton Keynes / London | Hybrid – 2 days per weekI’m currently recruiting for a Security Operations Manager to join an organisation going through an exciting period of investment and growth across its Cyber Security function.This isn’t a role where you’ll simply inherit a mature SecOps environment and keep things ticking over.You’ll have the opportunity to shape, improve and mature the Security Operations capability, taking ownership of key areas including:🔹 Incident Response – owning and developing the end-to-end process🔹 Vulnerability Management – improving visibility, remediation and processes🔹 SOC / MSSP – managing and challenging the outsourced security capability🔹 Security Monitoring – improving detection, alerting and response🔹 Microsoft Security – Sentinel, Defender/XDR, Purview and the wider E5 stack🔹 Cloud Security – improving security visibility and integrations across cloud environmentsThey’re looking for someone who can lead from the front. There is a small internal team to lead and suppliers to manage, but you’ll still need to be technically credible and comfortable getting into the detail when required.You might currently be a Security Operations Manager, SecOps Lead, Security Engineering Lead or Senior/Lead Security Engineer ready to take on broader ownership.The key is that you’re a builder and problem-solver – someone who enjoys looking at an existing capability, identifying where it can be better and then making those improvements happen.💰 £81,000–£86,000 + 15% performance bonus🏢 Hybrid – 2 days per week📍 Milton Keynes / LondonInterested in hearing more?Drop me a message or apply and I’d be happy to talk you through the role and what the organisation is building.
