The company values professionalism, precision, and safety in all site-based activities, offering opportunities to contribute to impactful projects across the region.Role Description The Security Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for overseeing daily security operations across company facilities and designated project sites. This role includes supervising security personnel, assigning duties, monitoring access control, and ensuring compliance with company security policies and procedures. The Security Supervisor will conduct regular inspections of premises, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures to maintain a safe environment for employees, visitors, and assets. The position also involves coordinating incident response, preparing security reports, liaising with internal stakeholders and external security providers, and supporting customer-facing teams by maintaining a secure and professional atmosphere. The Security Supervisor is expected to lead by example, promote safety awareness, and continuously enhance security practices in line with organizational standards.Qualifications Strong supervisory skills with experience leading security teams and managing shift schedules.Solid knowledge of physical security practices, access control, surveillance systems, and incident response.Effective communication abilities, including clear reporting, briefing staff, and coordinating with management.Customer service mindset to interact professionally with employees, visitors, and external partners.Operations management skills to oversee daily security procedures and ensure alignment with company policies.Familiarity with security regulations and best practices in the United Arab Emirates is an advantage.Ability to remain calm under pressure, make sound decisions, and handle confidential information responsibly.Previous experience in a security supervisory or equivalent leadership role; relevant security or safety certifications are beneficial.
