Security Supervisor

We are looking for a Security Supervisor to join our team and take charge of the daily security operations during their shift. Reporting to the Security Producer, you will supervise outsourced security teams, coordinate daily activities, respond to incidents and ensure our security standards are consistently maintained.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Supervise and coordinate security operations and security guards on duty
• Implement and maintain hotel security policies, procedures and protocols
• Monitor daily security activities and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Investigate incidents and prepare accurate and timely reports
• Conduct security and safety inspections and identify potential risks
• Support fire drills, emergency response and safety training
• Coordinate security arrangements for VIPs, events and special functions
• Liaise with hotel departments, law enforcement and emergency services when required
• Assist with duty rosters, staff performance reviews and team discipline
• Maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment for our guests and castWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• High School qualification or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Security, Safety, Emergency Services, Military or Police role
• Valid SIRA Certificate is mandatory
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong report-writing, communication and organizational skills
• Sound judgement with a hands-on approach to problem solving
• Calm and confident under pressure, with the ability to take control of incidents
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Experience working with law enforcement or emergency services is an advantage
