Install, configure, program, and troubleshoot integrated security systems and related components.Support CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, security management systems, NVRs, MIDS, and PIDS.Provide second-line technical support and troubleshoot system applications and field-related technical issues.Perform system health checks, backups, and preventive maintenance.Install and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including servers, network switches, and end-user devices.Coordinate with vendors for third-line technical support and complex issue resolution.Review electrical schematics, technical drawings, and construction documents.Ensure timely, professional technical support and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.Relevant experience in security systems and technical support.Professional-level system administration, configuration, and certification in access control systems such
