You’ll work alongside experienced security professionals, engineers and technology teams to identify weaknesses, assess risk and help improve the organisation’s overall security posture.The role is deliberately broad and would suit someone with a strong technical security background who wants to work across threats, vulnerabilities, security engineering, architecture and risk.As a Security Threat Specialist, you’ll take a proactive approach to identifying security risks and weaknesses across the organisation.You’ll assess systems, applications, infrastructure and processes, provide technical security guidance and work closely with engineering and security teams to ensure findings are understood and addressed effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and assess security threats, vulnerabilities and control weaknessesConduct technical reviews of systems, applications, infrastructure and processesDevelop threat models, security assessments and technical documentationProvide security guidance across the technology and development lifecycleReview technical designs and implementations from a security perspectiveWork closely with security, engineering and technology teamsWe’re looking for a hands on security professional with strong technical foundations and experience in one or more areas of cyber security.Your background could be in penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, threat hunting, vulnerability management, security engineering, application security, network security, malware analysis, IAM or security architecture.If you’re a technically strong cyber security professional looking for a broad role spanning security, technology, threat and risk, we’d like to hear from you.Apply now or contact James at james@entasispartners.co.uk for a confidential conversation.
