SEEP TRAINER - Saudi Energy Efficiency

Location: Riyadh, KSAProgram Dates: 13–17 September 2026Contract: Project-Based (In-Person Delivery)About the Program:The Saudi Energy Efficiency Program (SEEP) is a national initiative under the Saudi Energy Efficiency Center (SEEC), aimed at enhancing energy efficiency practices across industrial, commercial, and governmental sectors in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.We are seeking a highly qualified Arabic-speaking trainer to deliver this certified professional development program in Riyadh.Key Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive training sessions in Arabic on industrial energy management, energy auditing, and energy efficiency optimization.Cover technical topics including: energy auditing methodologies, measurement & verification (M&V), thermal systems (furnaces, boilers, turbines), electrical systems (motors, lighting, HVAC), and compressed air systems.Provide practical instruction on energy management systems (ISO 50001) and relevant Saudi energy regulations and standards.Develop, adapt, and present training materials tailored to participant needs and program objectives.Evaluate participant performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback.Collaborate with program coordinators to ensure seamless program delivery.Qualifications & Requirements :Language: Native or fluent Arabic speaker; professional proficiency in English (technical materials may be in English).Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (as required by SEEC guidelines).Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of professional experience in energy efficiency, energy auditing, or industrial energy management.Certifications (Highly Preferred):Certified Energy Manager (CEM)Certified Energy Auditor (CEA)Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP)ISO 50001 Lead Auditor/ImplementerTraining Experience: Proven experience as a corporate/professional trainer with excellent presentation and facilitation skills.Availability: Must be available for in-person delivery in Riyadh from 13–17 September 2026.Preferred Additional QualificationsExperience in the Saudi energy sector or familiarity with Saudi energy regulations and standards.Knowledge of energy efficiency technologies and best practices in industrial and commercial applications.Experience delivering certified professional development programs.
