Paid Intern – Seller OnboardingTradeAsia / Constellation | Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Paid Internship | Openings: 5About the OpportunityTradeAsia/Constellation is looking for proactive, motivated, and detail-oriented Paid Interns to join our team in Dubai and support the growth of the TradeChem Marketplace.The selected interns will play an important role in supporting the seller onboarding process, working closely with prospective and newly registered sellers to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional onboarding experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the onboarding of new sellers onto the TradeChem Marketplace.Communicate with prospective and existing sellers to guide them through the onboarding process.Collect, organize, and verify seller information and required documentation.Support sellers with marketplace registration, profile setup, and onboarding requirements.Follow up with sellers to ensure onboarding activities are completed within the required timelines.Maintain accurate seller records, documentation, and onboarding trackers.Coordinate with internal teams to resolve seller onboarding issues and ensure timely completion.Provide regular updates on onboarding progress and pending activities.Support the team with day-to-day marketplace operations when required.What We’re Looking ForGraduate or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, and other digital tools.Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Professional approach when communicating with sellers and internal teams.Previous experience in e-commerce, sales, customer support, marketplace operations, or business development is a plus.What You’ll GainHands-on experience in B2B marketplace operations.Practical exposure to seller onboarding and e-commerce processes.Experience working with an international business environment.Opportunity to develop professional communication, coordination, and operational skills.Valuable experience working with the TradeChem Marketplace.
