Semiconductor Product Engineering Lead

Our French based client is currently searching for a Semiconductor Product Engineering Lead to manage the test floor operations and product engineering activities, ensuring efficient production testing, equipment reliability, quality compliance, and continuous improvement.Main ResponsibilitiesTest Floor OperationsManage daily semiconductor test activities (ATE, wafer probing, final/package test)Coordinate production schedules with operators, engineers, and supply chainEnsure proper operation, maintenance, calibration, and setup of test equipment (handlers, probers, testers)Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance plansProduct EngineeringDefine production acceptance criteriaAnalyze production/yield data and generate reports using EDA toolsTeam LeadershipLead and develop a small team of technicians and production operatorsSupport training and skills developmentMaintain a safe and collaborative work environmentQuality & Continuous ImprovementEnsure compliance with JEDEC, AEC-Q100/Q101, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ESD, and cleanroom standardsMonitor KPIs such as yield, cycle time, and equipment uptimeDrive process and test floor improvementsMaintain technical documentation and test proceduresCandidate RequirementsEducationEngineering degree or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Maintenance, or related fieldExperience5+ years in semiconductor back-end/test environments (IDM, foundry, or OSAT)Experience managing or operating a semiconductor test floorStrong knowledge of handlers, probers, wafer sort, and final test methodologiesFamiliarity with ATE platforms such as Teradyne, Advantest, or CohuKnowledge of Semics Opus3 and Multitest handlers is a plusPlease contact Rachel Anderson for further details.
