This is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine difference to young people with additional needs, while gaining valuable experience in a specialist setting.The Role:Provide 1:1 and small-group supportHelp pupils access learning and develop independenceSupport communication, emotional regulation and behaviourBuild positive, trusting relationships with pupilsAssist with personalised and sensory learning activitiesWork closely with teachers and support staffSupport pupils with a range of SEN and disabilitiesWho we're looking for:You may already have SEN or Teaching Assistant experience, or have transferable experience from care, childcare, youth work, tutoring, coaching, support work or volunteering.
