SEN Teaching Assistant – Specialist SEND School Based

Location: MaidenheadMilk Education is working with a specialist SEND school in Maidenhead to recruit a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant who genuinely wants to make a positive difference in the lives of children and young people with additional needs.This role is suited to someone who is patient, caring and passionate about supporting pupils to feel safe, understood and included in their learning.

You will be supporting learners within a specialist SEND setting, helping them access education, develop independence and achieve their individual goals.The pupils may have a range of additional needs, including Autism, complex learning difficulties, communication needs, physical disabilities and SEMH needs.
