The role requires someone who can translate creative concepts and briefs into impactful, realistic and execution-friendly 3D environments.The ideal candidate should have a strong command over 3D visualization, lighting, materials and high-quality rendering, along with a practical understanding of how event and exhibition structures are actually fabricated and executed on ground.Given the fast-paced nature of the events industry, the candidate should be comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously, managing tight timelines and delivering quick turnarounds without compromising design quality.Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and develop 3D designs for events, exhibitions, brand activations and experiential spaces.Design stages, exhibition stalls, lounges, experience zones, product displays, installations, entrances, photo opportunities and other event environments.Translate creative briefs, layouts and references into compelling 3D concepts and photorealistic visualizations.Demonstrate excellent understanding of lighting design, materials, textures, reflections, shadows and ambienceto create realistic renders.Create both day and night visualizations wherever required, particularly for large-format events and outdoor environments.Understand spatial planning, visitor movement, sightlines, branding visibility and overall event experience while developing designs.Ensure concepts are not only visually impressive but also practical, production-friendly and executable within event timelines and budgets.Work closely with the Concept, Creative, Client Servicing and Production teams to translate ideas into executable designs.Incorporate client and internal feedback quickly and efficiently.Manage multiple briefs simultaneously and prioritize work according to project deadlines.Maintain organized project files, models, textures, references and render assets for efficient revisions and adaptations.Technical SkillsThe candidate should have strong working knowledge of relevant 3D design and visualization tools, including:3ds Max / SketchUp / Blender / Cinema 4D or equivalent professional 3D softwareV-Ray / Corona Renderer / Lumion / Enscape / Twinmotion or equivalent rendering enginesAdobe Photoshop for render enhancement and post-productionAutoCAD or equivalent software for understanding layouts and technical drawingsKnowledge of Adobe Illustrator will be an added advantageFamiliarity with AI-assisted visualization and emerging design tools will be preferredExpertise in every software listed above is not mandatory; however, the candidate must demonstrate a strong professional 3D workflow and excellent final rendering quality.What We Are Looking ForMinimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably with significant experience in the events and exhibitions industry.A strong portfolio demonstrating large-format event spaces, exhibition environments and experiential designs.Exceptional eye for lighting, rendering, composition, scale, detailing and visual presentation.Strong understanding of materials, fabrication techniques and event production.Ability to visualize creatively while remaining conscious of on-ground feasibility.Ability to work independently from a brief and take ownership of a project from initial visualization through final renders.Quick turnaround and strong time-management skills are essential.Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where briefs, timelines and requirements may evolve rapidly.Ability to handle multiple projects and urgent revisions simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work even under tight deadlines.Collaborative attitude with the ability to work closely with creative, servicing and production teams.Preferred CandidateSomeone who understands that event design is different from architectural visualization. We are looking for a designer who understands temporary structures, event fabrication, audience experience, branding, lighting, show environments and the speed at which the experiential industry operates.The right candidate should be able to receive a brief, understand the creative intent quickly and turn it into an impactful, realistic and executable 3D visualization within demanding timelines.
