Duties and Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, courses, career options, and admission procedures.Understand students’ academic backgrounds, interests, skills, and career goals to recommend suitable programs.Handle student inquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.Follow up with prospective students and guide them throughout the admission process.Build strong relationships with students and parents and address their queries professionally.Maintain and regularly update student and lead records. Skills and Qualifications:4+ years of experience in academic counseling, education counseling, student counseling, admissions, or a related field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal, presentation, and convincing skills.Good understanding of student counseling and admission processes.Previous experience in handling or mentoring junior counselors will be an added advantage.
