The role involves leading the design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of academic programmes and courses, including open distance learning and flexible learning offerings. Responsibilities include teaching, supervising students at various levels, assessing learner performance, and providing academic advising and mentorship to support student success. The Senior Academics professional will contribute to curriculum review, learning materials development, and quality assurance processes to ensure alignment with institutional standards, accreditation requirements, and industry needs.
