We’re Hiring | Senior Access Management (IAM & PAM)Saudi German Health is looking for an experienced Senior Access Management (IAM & PAM) professional to join our team in Saudi Arabia - Jeddah.The role will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, ensuring secure and controlled access across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize IAM & PAM solutions, with a focus on One Identity and DelineaManage user access, authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle processesImplement RBAC, segregation of duties (SoD), MFA, and SSOManage privileged accounts and secure privileged credentialsSupport access governance, security monitoring, and incident responseAutomate user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access request workflowsEnsure compliance with NCA, NIST, and ISO 27001 requirementsSupport security audits and maintain IAM/PAM documentation and reporting Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field8+ years of experience in IAM, PAM, or a related cybersecurity domainStrong hands-on experience with One Identity, Delinea, Microsoft Entra ID, or similar IAM/PAM platformsStrong understanding of identity governance and access controlsKnowledge of NCA, NIST, and ISO 27001CISSP, CISM, or relevant IAM/PAM vendor certifications are an advantage If you have strong experience in Identity & Access Management and Privileged Access Management, we’d love to hear from you.
