We are building the backend of India's beauty industry — and we are looking for sharp, committed and ambitious people to grow with us.📌 Role: Account Executive 📍 Location: Gurugram, Haryana (On-site) 🏢 Company: Z Revolution Tech Pvt Ltd (Zalon) 💼 Type: Full Time🎯 Key Responsibilities✅ Manage day-to-day accounting entries, bookkeeping and financial records accurately ✅ Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable including vendor and client payment follow-ups ✅ Prepare and maintain MIS reports, Gross Margin reports and Profit & Loss statements on a regular basis ✅ Manage GST filings, TDS entries and other statutory compliance requirements ✅ Reconcile bank statements, ledgers and accounts on a monthly basis ✅ Coordinate with the Sales, Inventory and Operations teams for accurate and timely financial data ✅ Maintain and update all financial records on Zoho Books (mandatory) ✅ Generate invoices, credit notes and financial documents on Zoho ✅ Support the Founders directly with financial reports, analysis and observations ✅ Ensure all financial data is accurate, up to date and audit-ready at all times✅ Requirements🎓 B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent 📊 Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance role 💻 Zoho Books experience is MANDATORY — candidates without Zoho experience will not be considered 📈 Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and basic Indian accounting standards 🧮 Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting 🗣️ Good communication skills — written and verbal ⚡ Startup mindset — ability to work independently, take ownership and meet deadlines 🔍 High attention to detail and accuracy⭐ Bonus Points If You Have➕ Experience working in a D2C or beauty/FMCG company ➕ Knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory or Zoho Analytics ➕ Experience preparing MIS and Gross Margin reports independently💰 What We Offer🚀 Fast-track growth in a scaling startup 🤝 Direct exposure to Founders and senior leadership 🎯 Performance-based increments 🌟 A culture that values ownership, honesty and ambition 📍 Gurugram based role with a passionate and driven team📩 How to ApplySend your CV to: hrho@zalon.in or +91-9871083330 Subject Line: Application — Account Executive | ZalonOr apply directly through this LinkedIn post! 👇#Hiring #AccountExecutive #ZohoBooks #Accounts #Finance #Gurugram #Zalon #BeautyIndustry #StartupJobs #D2C #JobAlert #NowHiring #AccountsJobs #GurgaonJob
