Team members collaborate across borders and disciplines, contributing to innovative solutions that meet the specific needs of each project.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Abu Dhabi. The Account Manager will oversee key client relationships, manage end-to-end project coordination, and ensure that lighting solutions meet agreed specifications, timelines, and budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for clients, preparing proposals and quotations, tracking project progress, and facilitating communication between clients, internal teams, and manufacturing sites. The role also involves monitoring account performance, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and supporting contract negotiations. The Account Manager will contribute to continuous improvement by gathering client feedback and collaborating with operations and technical teams to enhance service quality.Qualifications Demonstrated account management or client service experience in B2B environments, ideally in lighting, electrical, construction, or related industries.Strong skills in relationship building, stakeholder communication, and customer retention, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts concurrently.Competence in project coordination, planning, and basic commercial analysis, including managing timelines, budgets, and documentation.Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems) and comfort working with data to generate reports and insights.Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, collaborate effectively with cross-functional and cross-border teams, and adapt to a fast-paced project environment.Prior experience in international or multi-factory operations, and knowledge of basic technical concepts in lighting or electrical systems, is beneficial.
