This role will own the wholesale sales process, manage and grow key retail accounts, and partner cross-functionally to drive strategy, operational excellence, and business growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic sales professional with strong analytical skills, deep wholesale experience, and a proven ability to build successful buyer relationships while identifying opportunities to maximize sales and profitability.Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts while identifying opportunities to expand the Levi’s Outerwear business.Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and key retail partners.Develop and execute account-specific business plans to achieve seasonal sales, margin, and brand objectives.Analyze sales performance, including classification analysis, market share, sell-throughs, and other key metrics to identify business opportunities and inform account strategies.Partner with retail accounts and internal teams to develop exclusive product opportunities that align with customer demand and business objectives.Manage all account orders, including creating batch sheets, reviewing orders for accuracy, and identifying opportunities to replace lost sales resulting from cancellations or oversolds.Create seasonal booking reports to provide visibility into projections, account performance, and business opportunities.Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to assort buys, develop market strategies, and maximize seasonal booking potential.Continuously evaluate account performance to identify sales opportunities, business gaps, and areas for improvement.Conduct classification and market share analysis to support strategic decision-making.Partner closely with Design, Merchandising, Production, Planning, and other cross-functional teams to support account needs and overall business objectives.Monitor seasonal business performance and proactively recommend strategies to maximize sales and profitability.Who You Are:A relationship-driven sales professional with extensive wholesale experience.A strategic thinker who uses data and market insights to drive business decisions.A collaborative partner who builds strong relationships with buyers and cross-functional teams.A proactive problem-solver who identifies opportunities and takes ownership of results.A highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required.7+ years of wholesale sales experience required.Experience within apparel, outerwear, or the fashion industry strongly preferred.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting sell-throughs, classification analysis, market share, and account performance.Proven ability to manage and grow key wholesale accounts.Strong understanding of seasonal market, booking, order management, and wholesale sales processes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.Excellent organizational and creative problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.What We Offer:Competitive salaryComprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)PTO and company holidaysEmployee discountsThe pay range for this position is: $120,000 – $150,000 per year.Please note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Salary Transparency Law.G-III Apparel Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
