Senior Account Manager – Automotive BearingsMetro Detroit, MI | HybridWe’re seeking a Senior Account Manager to grow business with automotive OEM and Tier 1 customers. You’ll work with purchasing, engineering, quality, and plant teams to support bearing programs from the first opportunity through launch and ongoing support.Benefits include free healthcare.Responsibilities

• Identify new bearing and powertrain business opportunities.
• Build relationships across customer purchasing, engineering, quality, plant, and executive teams.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations while coordinating technical solutions with application engineering.
• Manage customer relationships from initial contact through launch and post-launch support.
• Resolve customer concerns and help deliver successful program launches.Qualifications
• Four-year degree; business or engineering preferred.
• At least 5 years of customer-facing experience with an automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier in account management, application engineering, or program management.
• Strong sales, negotiation, customer support, and program management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams.
