The Senior Account Manager oversees key client relationships, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives. Responsibilities include leading client meetings, gathering requirements, briefing internal creative and digital teams, and monitoring campaign performance. The role involves developing account strategies, preparing proposals and presentations, managing budgets, and identifying opportunities to grow client accounts. The Senior Account Manager also mentors junior team members, coordinates cross-functional collaboration, and supports continuous improvement in processes and client experience.

Qualifications

Strong client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and account growth skills.Experience in campaign planning, marketing strategy development, and project coordination.Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.Proficiency with digital and social media platforms, analytics tools, and basic performance reporting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Leadership capabilities, including team mentoring, conflict resolution, and collaborative decision-making.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Previous experience in a marketing or advertising agency, preferably in a senior account management role.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented approach to client challenges.Eligibility and willingness to work on-site in Abu Dhabi.Preferred Requirements:Native Arabic SpeakerMinimum 3–6 years of Account Management / Client Servicing experience within a marketing, advertising, digital, or creative agency.Marketing agency experience.Ability to handle pressure in a dynamic environment.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content, and integrated campaigns.Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.UAE marketing agency experience is required.Bachelor's Degree
