Senior Account Manager - Luxury & Experiential Dubai based | Full-timeSalary flexible depending on experience KY Talent is working with a leading creative agency in Dubai looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team.This role will sit across major global accounts, taking the lead on the day-to-day client relationship and managing a busy calendar of creative projects, events and activations.It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to both the client and the work - managing projects, solving problems, working alongside creative and production teams and making sure everything comes together to a really high standard.What you’ll be doingYou’ll be the main day-to-day contact for the client, getting to know their brand, priorities and upcoming projects.You’ll manage multiple projects at once, keeping on top of timelines, budgets, approvals and deliverables, while making sure both the client and internal teams always know where things stand.You’ll work closely with Creative and Production teams, from putting together clear briefs through to reviewing work, communicating client feedback and keeping projects moving.This is a hands-on role, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable getting into the detail while still seeing the bigger picture.You’ll also support other members of the account team, helping with priorities, providing guidance and making sure projects stay organised during particularly busy periods.What we’re looking forAround 5-6 years’ account management experience within an agencyExperience working with luxury, beauty and/or lifestyle brandsStrong experience across events, experiential, activations and creative projectsConfident managing clients and leading day-to-day conversationsComfortable managing several projects and workstreams at the same timeStrong understanding of budgets, timelines and project scopeExperience working closely with creative and production teamsAble to turn client conversations and feedback into clear internal briefsA strong eye for detail and experience delivering work for premium brandsIf you’re interested, apply directly via LinkedIn with your CV.All applications will be treated confidentially.KY Talent
