About American JerehAmerican Jereh International Corporation supports customers across the North American oilfield and energy markets with engineered equipment, integrated solutions, aftermarket support, equipment upgrades, refurbishment, spare parts, and field-focused service capabilities.Jereh's oilfield portfolio includes frac and pressure pumping equipment, electric frac solutions, turbine-driven frac systems, coiled tubing units, cementing equipment, pumps, flowline products, high-pressure equipment, wellhead equipment, spare parts, refurbishment, and aftermarket lifecycle support.Position SummaryAmerican Jereh is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Oilfield Equipment & Aftermarket Solutions to develop strategic accounts and grow equipment and aftermarket revenue across the North American oilfield services market.The role will focus primarily on oilfield service companies, pressure pumping companies, drilling contractors, and other strategic upstream customers.This position requires someone who understands how large oilfield customers evaluate equipment, service, reliability, lifecycle cost, commercial terms, and aftermarket support. The Senior Account Manager will own customer development from initial engagement through opportunity qualification, proposal, pricing, negotiation, award, and post-sale account development.The role combines strategic account management, new business development, aftermarket sales, equipment upgrades, lifecycle support, tenders, pricing, and commercial negotiation.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and expand strategic relationships with oilfield service companies, pressure pumping companies, drilling contractors, and upstream customers.Manage assigned accounts across Jereh's equipment, spare parts, service, refurbishment, upgrade, and aftermarket portfolio.Identify new equipment opportunities and recurring aftermarket revenue tied to installed equipment, spare parts, repairs, upgrades, refurbishment, and lifecycle extension.Develop customer relationships across procurement, operations, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and executive leadership.Manage commercial opportunities from initial customer engagement through qualification, RFQ/RFP, quotation, proposal, pricing, negotiation, award, and post-sale follow-up.Lead or support tenders, MSAs, MOUs, commercial agreements, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.Develop account plans and sales strategies supporting revenue growth, margin, pipeline development, and repeat business.Coordinate with product management, engineering, service, operations, supply chain, finance, and leadership to ensure customer requirements are commercially and operationally executable.Maintain accurate CRM activity, opportunity stages, account notes, forecasts, pricing information, and customer follow-up.Conduct customer visits, facility meetings, product presentations, business reviews, and field discussions.Track customer activity, equipment demand, competitive positioning, pricing pressure, and market opportunities.Represent Jereh at customer meetings, trade shows, industry events, and product demonstrations.Deliver assigned revenue, margin, pipeline, account-development, and customer-growth targets.Required Qualifications5+ years of direct sales, account management, business development, or commercial experience within the oilfield services, drilling contractor, upstream equipment, or oilfield aftermarket market.Experience working for an oilfield service company, drilling contractor, oilfield equipment manufacturer, OEM, or organization selling directly into the OFS market.Demonstrated experience developing business with oilfield service companies, pressure pumping companies, drilling contractors, or upstream customers.Experience with equipment sales, aftermarket services, equipment upgrades, spare parts, refurbishment, lifecycle services, or other technically oriented oilfield solutions.Experience managing RFQs, RFPs, tenders, quotations, pricing, proposals, and commercial negotiations.Experience developing strategic customer accounts and managing long sales cycles involving multiple customer stakeholders.Ability to work across procurement, operations, engineering, maintenance, and executive customer organizations.Experience managing CRM activity, sales pipeline, forecasting, and account planning.Ability to travel throughout North America as required.Ability to work full-time from the Houston office.Preferred QualificationsExperience selling or supporting frac equipment, pressure pumping equipment, cementing equipment, coiled tubing equipment, pumps, flowline products, high-pressure equipment, wellhead equipment, or related upstream products.Direct aftermarket experience involving equipment upgrades, refurbishment, spare parts, service agreements, repair programs, or lifecycle extension.Strategic or global account management experience supporting large oilfield customers.Established experience working with organizations such as Halliburton, SLB, Baker Hughes, Weatherford, Liberty Energy, ProFrac, ProPetro, Transocean, Noble, Valaris, Seadrill, Stena, or comparable customers.Experience with MSAs, MOUs, commercial agreements, pricing strategy, and complex contract negotiations.Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
