Senior Account Manager (Recruitment Agency Expertise – Oil & Gas or Technical)Location: Abu DhabiAbout the RoleAs a Senior Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors, ensuring outstanding service delivery while identifying opportunities to grow existing partnerships. You will work closely with recruitment, operations, and support teams to drive account performance, improve contractor retention, and contribute to the continued success of NES Fircroft. Key ResponsibilitiesAccount ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors. Conduct regular account review meetings and identify growth opportunities.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.Produce account performance reports and maintain accurate CRM records.Attend client meetings and business reviews as required. Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts.Gather market intelligence through LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, and market research.Support bid and tender activities where required.Promote NES Fircroft's full range of workforce solutions. Contractor & Recruitment SupportDevelop strong relationships with contractors to improve retention and satisfaction.Support recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing and placement where applicable.Ensure smooth onboarding, mobilisation, and compliance processes.Drive service improvements that enhance the contractor and client experience. Essential Skills & ExperienceProven experience of around 5+ in a Recruitment Agency, Staffing, or Workforce Solutions in Contracts Recruitment.Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.Experience working with corporate clients and managing multiple priorities.Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions.
