With a growing team and an expanding global footprint, GlyMed Plus continues to set the standard for professional skincare excellence.Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our remote finance team. You will take hands-on ownership of core accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities, while contributing to process improvements and supporting the broader finance function as the company grows. This role is well suited to a technically strong accounting professional who works independently, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-moving consumer products environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the month-end and year-end close process, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliationsPrepare accurate and timely financial statements and internal management reportsMaintain the integrity of the general ledger and chart of accountsManage and review accounts payable and accounts receivable activityPerform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliationsSupport inventory accounting, cost of goods analysis, and margin reportingAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisEnsure compliance with GAAP, sales tax, and applicable regulatory requirementsCoordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors, providing schedules and supporting documentationIdentify and implement improvements to accounting processes, systems, and internal controlsSupport eCommerce and multi-channel revenue reconciliation across wholesale, direct-to-consumer, and REGEN Retail channelsRequired Qualifications4 or more years of progressive accounting experience, including a senior or staff accountant roleStrong knowledge of GAAP and full-cycle accountingExperience with accounting or ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, or similarSolid understanding of inventory and cost accounting in a product-based businessAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinkingExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines independently in a remote settingClear and professional written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in consumer products, personal care, beauty, cosmetics, or a related product-based industryFamiliarity with eCommerce, direct-to-consumer, or wholesale distribution accountingExposure to multi-channel revenue reconciliation and sales tax compliance across multiple statesBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA or active CPA candidateWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary of $170,000–$185,000 per year, plus performance incentivesComprehensive employee benefits packageFully remote working within the United StatesThe opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of an iconic, mission-driven skincare brandA collaborative, supportive, and passionate team cultureRoom to grow within an expanding finance function
