Senior Accountant

Our client is a Singapore-based consulting and investment firm that provides management advisory services and strategic support in real estate investment and private equity. The company partners with organisations to help drive growth, optimise performance, and manage capital across diverse markets in the region.They are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to join their growing Accounting & Bookkeeping team.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients.Review client financial data, business structures, and reporting requirements.Set up accounting systems, processes, and reporting templates.Coordinate with internal teams (Payroll, Tax, Bookkeeping, Advisory) to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.Train staff on relevant systems and reporting tools when required.Manage a portfolio of clients and deliver accounting and financial reporting services.Prepare and review management reports, reconciliations, BAS, and financial statements.Ensure all deliverables are accurate and completed on time.Provide clients with recommendations to improve processes and efficiency.Handle client enquiries professionally and build strong, long-term relationships.Requirements:Minimum 6 years of relevant accounting experience.CPA or CA qualified (or equivalent).Proficient in Xero and MYOB.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.Excellent communication skills.Experience with QuickBooks, JobAdder, or Deputy is an advantage.Passionate about technology and automation.English and Chinese speaking is preferred.
