Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant (FMCG)Location: Dammam, Saudi ArabiaWholly Hearty is an emerging FMCG manufacturer preparing for the launch of its innovative food products. We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team and support the establishment of strong accounting processes, financial controls, and reporting practices.This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional with FMCG experience who can support day-to-day accounting operations, compliance requirements, and financial reporting activities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).Process incoming and outgoing invoices.Maintain the general ledger and accounting records.Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.Ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations and reporting requirements.Manage Withholding Tax (WHT) filings and payments.Perform account reconciliations and prepare supporting schedules.Support external audits and Zakat documentation requirements.Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and records.Record and maintain ERP accounting entries.Support inventory reconciliations, production and consumption reconciliations, and product costing updates.Coordinate stock counts and support inventory control activities.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.5–7 years of relevant accounting experience.Prior experience in the FMCG sector is required.Strong understanding of accounting operations, reconciliations, and financial reporting.Experience working with ERP systems in an FMCG environment is required; Oracle ERP experience is preferred.Strong attention to detail with a disciplined approach to processes and controls.If you are interested in joining Wholly Hearty at the beginning of its growth journey, we would like to hear from you.
