قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee the full spectrum of financial accounting, reporting, compliance, and business partnering activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and effective financial management across both entity-level operations and corporate support functions.The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience in a manufacturing environmentKey ResponsibilitiesOversee and supervise accounting operations across the business and corporate support functions.Manage the full spectrum of financial accounting activities, including general ledger, costing, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts and financial statements.Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business performance evaluation.Manage corporate tax and GST filings, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.Review and oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions to ensure effective cash flow management.Manage fixed asset accounting, capitalization, depreciation, and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Coordinate and support internal and external audit engagements, ensuring timely resolution of audit matters.Provide technical accounting guidance on IFRS standards and Group accounting policies.Assess and recommend accounting treatments for complex transactions, contracts, and business arrangements.Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls to enhance operational efficiency and governance.Partner with business stakeholders to provide financial insights and support operational and strategic initiatives.Perform ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, and financial reporting.Strong knowledge and practical application of IFRS accounting standards, particularly:IFRS 15 Revenue from Contracts with CustomersIFRS 16 LeasesIAS 16 Property, Plant and Equipment (PPE)Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial modeling.Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.Experience with SAP ERP systems will be advantageous.Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.Why Join Us?Opportunity to play a strategic role in driving financial performance and business growth.Exposure to regional and cross-functional stakeholders.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Career development and leadership growth opportunities.If you are a hands-on finance professional with strong technical accounting expertise and a passion for business partnering, we invite you to join our team and make a meaningful impact.
