Senior Accountant

Now scaling rapidly across Malaysia, Singapore, and soon Hong Kong, we’re looking for a passionate Accounting & Finance professional to strengthen our financial foundation and support sustainable growth.What You’ll DoFinance & Accounting Operations⁠ ⁠Manage full set of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate month-end closing.⁠ ⁠Handle daily accounting tasks — AR, AP, bank reconciliation, petty cash, invoicing, and payment processing.⁠ ⁠Oversee inventory costing, sales reconciliation (Shopify, Shopee, Airwallex, PayNow, etc.).⁠ ⁠Prepare monthly management reports, P&L, and cash flow statements.⁠ ⁠Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries to ensure statutory compliance.⁠ ⁠⁠To do calculation and submission of monthly payroll, statutory payments, and commission payments.⁠ ⁠Implement internal control processes to support multi-country operations (MY, SG, HK).Strategic & Growth Support⁠ ⁠Build financial dashboards and forecasts to support scaling decisions (budget planning, cashflow, pricing strategy).⁠ ⁠Provide insights to management on profitability, margins, and ROI of marketing and sales campaigns.⁠ ⁠Support expansion projects — new product launches, event budgeting, and overseas setup.⁠ ⁠Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and leadership to align financial priorities with brand growth goals.Why Join ATHALIA✨ Work directly with the founder in a dynamic growth stage✨ Be part of a passionate, love-based, high-standard team culture-Who You Are⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.⁠ ⁠Minimum 1–3 years of experience in full-set accounting (preferably in e-commerce / retail).⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of accounting systems.⁠ ⁠Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive with strong sense of ownership.⁠ ⁠Comfortable in a fast-moving, creative, and scaling brand environment.⁠ ⁠(Bonus) Experience with multi-entity accounting or cross-border operations (SG/HK).
