If you want to be surrounded by other smart, entrepreneurial people working together to build something groundbreaking, look no further!What You’ll DoPrepare journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analyses, and supporting schedules across cash, investments, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, leases, capitalized software, debt, and other balance sheet accountsPerform monthly revenue, deferred revenue, and accounts receivable reconciliations, including cash application, contract balance review, and timely evaluation of contract modificationsSupport accounts payable activities, including invoice review, payment approvals, vendor reconciliations, and resolution of discrepanciesAssist with technical accounting research and prepare workbooks for complex transactions in compliance with U.S. GAAPPartner with Supply Chain, Facilities, Engineering, and FP&A to improve financial accuracy and cross-functional processesHelp develop scalable accounting policies, internal controls, and operating proceduresSupport external audit requests and identify opportunities to automate manual work and improve data qualityRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance3+ years of public accounting experience with a nationally recognized firmStrong understanding of U.S. GAAP, including ASC 606 and ASC 842Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasetsStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environmentWhy Work HereLong-term stock incentives for all employeesComprehensive medical, vision, and dental insuranceFour weeks of paid time off per yearThe chance to help build processes, improve systems, and support company growth in a high-impact environment
