If you bring technical depth, a high attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit, this is your next move.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the Month-End Close: Prepare and post journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and ensure the books are accurate, complete, and closed on time every month.Deliver Clean Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of internal financial statements and variance analysis, turning numbers into clear insights for leadership.Maintain Compliance & Controls: Ensure accounting activity is in line with GAAP, internal policies, and healthcare regulatory requirements, and support audit preparation as needed.Collaborate Across the Team: Work closely with AP, payroll, and FP&A to resolve discrepancies, support cross-functional initiatives, and keep financial operations running smoothly.Must-Have QualificationsExperience: 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare, hospitals, or nonprofit (or a similarly complex environment). CPA or CPA candidate a plus.Technical Skills: Strong command of GAAP, month-end close processes, and reconciliations.
