This role reports to the Controller and will take ownership of a broad set of accounting responsibilities, helping to build and scale core financial processes in a fast-moving environment.You’ll work cross-functionally and play a key role in strengthening financial operations as the company continues to grow.What You’ll DoSupport month-end close activities, including reconciliations and variance analysisManage day-to-day accounting workflows across areas such as procure-to-pay and order-to-cashAssist with financial audits, including preparing schedules and coordinating with external auditorsSupport consolidations across entitiesProcess payroll for hourly and salaried employeesOversee expense programs, including credit cards and reimbursementsSupport ERP system implementation efforts, including data migration and testingCoordinate with external partners on tax complianceWhat They’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA or strong knowledge of US GAAP2–5 years of experience in public accounting, preferably from a Big Four or top-tier firm (e.g., BDO, Grant Thornton, Baker Tilly)1+ years of industry experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environmentSolid understanding of accounting processes and controlsExperience in a fast-paced or operationally complex environment is a plusDetail-oriented and comfortable wearing multiple hatsWhy This RoleThis is an opportunity to join a fast-scaling company working on impactful, real-world problems where software meets operations.
