We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and hands-on Senior Accountant to oversee the Group’s accounting, taxation, banking, treasury, payroll, procurement, contracts administration, corporate administration, real estate finance, and project financial coordination.Professional QualificationCPA, ACCA, ACACMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification is mandatory.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full accounting cycle for multiple companies.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Maintain the general ledger, chart of accounts, and trial balance.Record journal entries, accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and other accounting adjustments.Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.Prepare management accounts, financial analysis, and management reports.Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.Perform bank, supplier, customer, and intercompany reconciliations.Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.Monitor cash flow and prepare regular cash flow forecasts.Implement accounting policies and strengthen internal financial controls.Ensure compliance with IFRS and Group accounting policies.Process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines.Prepare and upload WPS salary files.Prepare and submit UAE VAT and Corporate Tax returns.Manage FTA registrations, portal profiles, and related requirements.Prepare VAT reconciliations and Corporate Tax computations.Manage banking relationships and online banking platforms.Prepare bank transfers and payment instructions.Process local and international payments.Handle KYC requirements and bank account administration.Review purchase requests and supporting documentation.Coordinate supplier onboarding and maintain supplier records.Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and contracts.Maintain and organize customer, supplier, tenancy, and service contracts.Review commercial terms, payment milestones, and contractual obligations from a financial and administrative perspective.Track contract renewals, amendments, expiries, and termination notices.Coordinate with legal advisors regarding contract preparation and execution.Maintain a centralized contract register.Prepare contract summaries and management reports.Verify supporting documentation before processing contract-related payments.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, engineers, and project suppliers.Review contractor payment applications and supporting documentation.Verify invoices against contracts, approved quotations, and work completion certificates.Coordinate issuance, amendments, and settlement of Letters of Credit.Review shipping and trade documents for LC compliance.Coordinate with banks, suppliers, freight forwarders, and other relevant parties.Monitor LC utilization, outstanding commitments, and settlements.Coordinate external audits for Group companies.Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.CPA, ACCA, CMA, ACA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification – MANDATORY.Minimum 5 years of UAE accounting/finance experience.Strong practical knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, WPS, payroll, banking, and financial reporting.You may also register your profile through our website and apply here: https://www.nadia-me.com/job/details/560
