This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team with long-term growth potential.Ideal Background:Multi-entity and multi location experiencehands on full cycle accounting skillset required at the senior levelStrong GAAP knowledgeAdvanced Excel and analytical skills helpfulHealthcare experience is a plusKey Responsibilities:Own month-end and year-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparationPrepare balance sheet reconciliations, expense schedules, and support accurate GAAP reportingReview and reconcile banking activity, AP, AR, payroll, and cash transactions across multiple entitiesProcess intercompany transactions and maintain accurate general ledger activityPerform variance and flux analysis, assist with audits, and respond to auditor requestsSupport fixed assets, accruals, prepaids, and revenue recognitionPartner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, reporting, and internal controlsAssist with developing financial policies and supporting strategic finance initiativesThis role offers excellent exposure within a growing healthcare organization and a clear path for upward mobility.
