With a focus on alternative assets, it seeks to identify unique opportunities across various industries, leveraging deep expertise and strategic insights.ResponsibilitiesPrepare books, records, and monthly packages including schedules for the general partner and manager entities of affiliated subsidiariesReview and analyze management fee and incentive allocation calculations prepared by affiliated subsidiariesPrepare footnote schedules and review disclosures for quarterly financial statementsPrepare detailed accounting memorandums on transaction related activities including consolidation accounting, revenue recognition, and investment fund/entity analysesPrepare revenue and balance sheet analytics and provide explanations for significant variancesReview fund documents to understand various fund structuresCoordinate activities of external auditors and other consultantsRequirementsBachelor’s degree required3-6 years of experience in public and/or private accountingCPA requiredExperience within investment management or financial services industries requiredSalary Range$110,000-$130,000
