Senior Accountant

Key Requirements:Strong experience in real estate development accountingUAE experience preferredSolid knowledge of GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, VAT, financial reporting, and month-end closingExperience with project costing, contractor/vendor payments, and real estate-related financial transactionsStrong Excel and ERP/accounting system skillsAbility to work independently and meet reporting deadlinesBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldProfessional certification such as ACCA, CMA, CPA, or CA will be an advantage
