Senior Accountant

This is a great opportunity for a technically strong accountant who wants more than a traditional month-end role. You'll sit at the intersection of financial reporting, revenue recognition, commercial finance and finance transformation, working closely with both the local business and global finance teams.What you'll be doing:Own and support month-end close, journals, reconciliations and balance sheet controlsPrepare monthly management reporting and analysisSupport forecasting and financial planningStrengthen revenue recognition and margin integrityApply revenue recognition policies aligned with US GAAPPartner with Sales, Operations and Delivery teamsSupport Group reporting and audit requirementsContribute to ERP/global finance systems implementationIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automationWhat we're looking for:Strong financial accounting and month-end experienceExperience with revenue recognition / complex revenue environmentsCA/CPA qualified or working towards qualification preferredStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working in a technology, professional services, listed or multinational environment would be highly regardedSomeone proactive who enjoys improving processes rather than simply maintaining themWhy it's interesting:You'll be joining a growing business while helping bridge a dynamic local environment with the reporting, controls and processes of a global listed organisation.
