Team members collaborate in a dynamic environment that values technical expertise, integrity, and long-term client relationships.Role Description The Senior Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is responsible for managing general ledger activities, preparing and reviewing journal entries, and ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing. The Senior Accountant oversees financial statements, reconciliations, and variance analyses, and supports budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management for construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining compliance with local financial regulations, monitoring project costs, coordinating with internal departments and external auditors, and improving financial controls and processes. The role also involves providing financial insights to management to support decision-making and project performance.QualificationsStrong knowledge of accounting principles (specially for AR), general ledger management, Trial Balance expertise and financial reporting (i.e.: PL, BS, CF, etc.).Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, preferably within the construction or real estate sector.Proficiency in MS Excel, as well as in accounting software and ERP systems and other analytical tools.Familiarity with local tax regulations, compliance standards, and audit processes in Saudi Arabia.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with capacity to work across multidisciplinary teams.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Profession on Iqama must be "Accountant".4 - 6 years of progressive accounting experience, including at senior or lead level.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment, by keeping your work organized and real time up-to-date.
