General Accounting & Financial ReportingPerform and review daily accounting transactions and ensure accurate accounting entries.Manage the general ledger, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, accruals, provisions and other accounting accounts.Perform monthly, quarterly and annual account closing.Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports and management reports.Prepare balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement and supporting schedules.Reconcile general ledger balances with sub-ledgers and supporting documents.Review and analyze significant fluctuations in revenue, expenses, assets and liabilities.Ensure accounting records are complete, accurate and properly supported by documentation.B. Accounts Receivable & Accounts PayableMonitor accounts receivable and accounts payable balances.Perform AR/AP reconciliation with customers, vendors and internal records.Monitor customer collection status and support the Finance team in debt collection.Review outstanding and overdue receivables and provide aging reports.Ensure invoices and payment documents comply with accounting and tax requirements.C. Tax & CompliancePrepare and support the submission of VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT and other tax declarations.Coordinate with tax advisors and relevant departments on tax matters.Ensure accounting transactions comply with applicable Vietnamese tax regulations.Support tax audits, tax inspections and external/internal audits.Maintain proper accounting and tax documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.D. Cash Flow & Financial ControlMonitor cash and bank balances and perform regular bank reconciliations.Support cash flow forecasting and payment planning.Review payment requests and supporting documents before processing.Ensure compliance with the Company's approval matrix and internal financial controls.Identify accounting/financial risks and recommend corrective actions.E. Management Reporting & AnalysisPrepare financial analysis and management reports as requested by management.Analyze revenue, gross profit, operating expenses and profitability.Monitor actual results against budget and explain significant variances.Provide accounting data and financial information to support management decision-making.Support the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.F. Audit & Internal ControlPrepare accounting schedules and supporting documents for external and internal audits.Coordinate with auditors and provide requested information.Review accounting processes and identify potential weaknesses in internal controls.Recommend improvements to accounting procedures and financial controls.G. Other ResponsibilitiesMaintain proper filing and archiving of accounting documents.Support implementation and improvement of accounting software/ERP systems.Participate in finance and accounting projects assigned by Finance ManagerPerform other duties as assigned by management.Job Requirements:Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a senior accountant role.Graduate or postgraduate degree in Accounting, Auditing, or related fields.Strong understanding of Vietnamese tax regulations, VAS, and IFRS.Experience converting financial statements from VAS to IFRS is a plus.Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements under IFRS is a plus.Good English skills (written and spoken).Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.Knowledge of accounting software such as MISA, QuickBooks, etc.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (negotiation, conflict resolution, presentation).Professional, energetic, high-integrity, team-oriented, with a strong can-do attitude and willingness to share knowledge.Patient and able to manage work pressure effectively.What we offer:Attractive income package, 13th-month salaryPremium Healthcare and Accident insurance.Free parking and allowances: Lunch, Marriage, Newborn baby and others are applied.A spacious pantry fully equipped with a coffee maker, fridge, microwave, snacks, milk , tea and moreA wide range of sports and social activities: badminton, tech clubs, etc.Chance to be honored quarterly and annually with recognition awards for individuals, teams, long-term service, etc.Engaging events: annual company trips, team buildings, internal events, Company’s Year-end party.
