Senior Accountant

Job Title: Senior Accountant (package up to AED 18k)Job ResponsibilitiesManage accounts receivable, including invoicing, receipt allocation, customer reconciliations, and outstanding balances.Monitor collections and ageing, follow up on overdue customer payments, and report collection status and risks.Manage daily cash positions, bank balances, and liquidity, ensuring accurate treasury reporting.Prepare cash-flow and collection forecasts, comparing expected receipts against actual collections.Perform bank and AR reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end closing and management reporting.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent is an advantage.5–7 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally covering AR, collections, treasury and cash management.Experience in real estate/property development and customer installment/payment plans is strongly preferred.
