Senior Accountant

In term of people development, we assure that each employee will not only receive competitive financial benefit but also has a clear and exciting career development plan.BUSINESS SCOPE:The role will be responsible for accounting and financial matters including revenue reconciliation, accounts receivable, copyright-related payments, revenue sharing, commissions, and financial reporting.JOB DESCRIPTION:Handle daily accounting activities, including payments, invoicing, revenue and expense recording, and account reconciliation; Prepare and submit periodic tax declarations, including VAT and CIT, and support annual tax finalization;Perform monthly and year-end closing and prepare Financial Statements and management reports;Monitor revenue and accounts receivable, and work closely with the Sales team to ensure timely collection;Review and reconcile revenue, expenses, commissions, and other financial data related to the business;Support cash flow planning and payment management;Work with external auditors and tax authorities when required, including preparing supporting documents and explanations;Keep updated on changes in accounting standards and tax regulations and ensure proper application within the company;Provide accounting and tax support to other departments and handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.JOB REQUIREMENT:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting-Auditing, Finance;2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in General Accounting or Senior Accountant roles;Good understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations in Vietnam;Proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting software;Be able to communicate in English both in writing and verbally;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Able to work independently, carefully, and responsibly;Good communication and teamwork skills.WHAT WE CAN OFFERSalary: negotiation; Professional, open and youthful working environment;Social - Health Insurance paid fully according to Labor Laws;Provide working equipment: Laptop;Lunch, Parking fee;Annual leave 16 days;And some other benefits.OTHER INFORMATIONJob type: Official employee/ Full timeWorking hour: Monday – Friday from 9:00AM – 6:00 PM;Workplace: The 678 Tower, 67 Hoang Van Thai St, Tan My Ward (Dist.07), Ho Chi Minh City;
