This role offers broad exposure across corporate accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement, with the opportunity to partner closely with teams across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support month-end close, general ledger activities, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.Ensure accounting transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with U.S. GAAP, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.Support accounting activities across areas such as revenue, commissions, royalties, inventory, payroll, fixed assets, leases, and cash management.Prepare financial analyses, supporting schedules, and management reporting.Assist with tax compliance, filings, payments, audits, and related accounting matters.Partner with internal and external auditors by providing documentation, analysis, and other requested information.Support cash flow, liquidity, budgeting, and forecasting activities.Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting, systems, automation, and controls.Assist with ERP enhancements, system implementations, data analytics, and process documentation.Collaborate with FP&A and cross-functional business partners including Operations, IT, HR, Procurement, and Commercial teams.Participate in special projects and other strategic initiatives as needed.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.4+ years of corporate accounting experience.2+ years of public accounting experience preferred.CPA preferred.Experience working within a larger, complex organization; experience with companies exceeding $250M in annual revenue is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.Experience with a large ERP system required.Compensation & Benefits$95,000–$110,000 base salary plus discretionary depending on experience, skills, and location.Good work/life balance, no weekends, set schedule.Generous PTO and paid holidays.Medical, dental, and vision coverage, with the company covering the majority of employee premiums.Company-paid life insurance and short-term disability.401(k) with company match.Structured training, professional development, and opportunities for career growth.
