Team members collaborate closely with brands and agencies to bring immersive concepts to life through innovative technology.Role Description The Senior Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s financial operations. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing general ledger entries, handling accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accurate month-end and year-end closing. The role involves budgeting and forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and supporting management with financial analysis and reporting. The Senior Accountant will also ensure compliance with local regulations, coordinate with external auditors, implement internal controls, and optimize accounting processes to support business growth.What You'll DoManage supplier payments and schedule them around cash flowHandle client invoicing and follow up on outstanding paymentsManage VAT/tax filing in the UAEPrepare monthly P&L and basic financial reportsTrack cash flow and flag issues earlyReconcile petty cash and manage day-to-day office expensesPerform bank reconciliationsTrack and manage employee expense claims/reimbursementsMaintain a fixed asset registerSupport payroll processing and salary disbursements (including cross-border, UAE–KSA)Handle month-end and year-end closingKeep the books accurate and organized, with clean records for auditsWhat You Need3–5 years in accounting or financeExperience with UAE (and ideally KSA) tax rulesComfortable using accounting software (Zoho Books, Odoo, or similar)Strong attention to detail and comfortable handling cash/petty cash processesAble to work independentlyInterested candidates, please send your resume to careers@infinix.me
