EMEA Recruitment is proud to partner with a well-established manufacturer in its search for a Senior Accountant to join their growing team and drive improvements in accounting processes.This dynamic, rapidly expanding, and unique business offers a finance professional the opportunity to take ownership, develop, and work independently, while collaborating closely with the business.This role will suit an outgoing, proactive, and self-driven candidate with strong social skills and a technical mindset.The main duties of the Senior Accountant:Month and year end close supper: Directly handling GL processing, statutory closing procedures, financial reporting under Dutch GAAP and IFRS.Audit preparation: Compile requested testing samples, supporting schedules and documentation requested by external auditors.Tax and statutory compliance: ad hoc assistance with local tax filings, statutory reporting requirements, compliance analytics.Financial planning and intercompany execution: Budgeting and recharge models. Transfer pricing, subsidiary and dividend tracking.Financial analytics and operational relief: Variance and flux analysis, executive support ad cash flow.The skills, experience, and qualifications required for the Senior Accountant:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or similar.5+ Years accounting experience with Dutch GAAP and IFRS reporting; big 10 background.Proficient with ERP tools and Excel.Fluent English.If you are interested in applying for this Senior Accountant role, please register your interest using the link below.
